Bellingham (WA) Arts Festival

Yesterday Mary and I drove about 20 miles into Bellingham to attend the summer arts festival. It consisted of three activities…
* Chalk Art where people painted in chalk on squares of the sidewalk,
* The art/paintings area, and
* The Bite of Bellingham where a number of area restaurants has booths and for a small fee you could sample some of their offerings.

Here’s some photos…

Here’s a frog done by a 12 year old.
Most of the chalk art was done by children.
Some of the art work was quite good.
The art/painting area.
The eating area.

Oh by the way, the weather was delightful! Sunny, temps in the high 70’s with a nice breeze.
