My New Bronco Gets Hitched

As part of the change in process reported yesterday, the next step was to have the towing hitch removed from the old Bronco and put on to the new Bronco. So I took it to my friend Mike who is a master mechanic to have the work done.

The hitch had been on the old Bronco since 1999, so Mike needed to use a cutting torch to get it off.
Once it was off, we discovered it had two broken welds.
Mike took it to a buddies house and repaired the broken welds.
In order to put it on the new Bronco he had to start by cutting the plastic bumper cover.
Once the hitch was firmly attched to the new Bronco, he completed the electrical wiring connections.
The hitch is finally installed on the new Bronco and hopefully good for another ten years.
